ELPA Culture is an emerging cultural initiative based in East London and established in 2025 as a non-profit Community Interest Company (CIC). Originally rooted in photography, ELPA is evolving into the East London Platform for Arts, a space open to visual culture, moving image, projections, sound and interdisciplinary artistic practices.
The platform aims to create opportunities for exhibitions, talks, workshops and collaborative projects that bring together photographers, artists, researchers and creative communities. By encouraging dialogue and exchange across disciplines, ELPA seeks to support experimentation, cultural research and new forms of artistic production.
Operating both as a digital platform and through public programmes, ELPA is interested in building connections between artists, institutions and local communities in East London and beyond.
ELPA is currently in development and welcomes conversations with artists, curators, researchers and organisations interested in collaboration.
